How the process works:
Step 1: Getting to know
your organization
One of our recruiters will meet with you to
learn about your needs and the requirements of the position. We want to become
familiar with your company and its culture in order to assess your current needs
and anticipate any future needs. Out of this assessment we will get a clear
picture of the type of individual you are looking for and what kind of person
would best compliment your organization.
Step 2: Candidate
Identification
We have an extensive database of candidates with
varying skill levels and types of qualifications. We also have extensive
industry contacts and research capabilities, as well as a network of search
affiliates which allows us to search for the most qualified candidate.
Step 3: Candidate
assessment
Once we have a list of qualified candidates we
will assess all of them to find the most qualified. We interview with every
candidate, check their references and verify education background. If we feel
they are a good candidate for the position we will forward their information on
to you the client.
Step 4: Interviews and
negotiation
If you decide that you are interested in one of
the candidates we have sent just let us know. We will arrange all of the
interviews for you. After the interview we will follow up with you to discuss
the outcome and answer any questions that you might have. If an offer is made we
will handle all of the negotiations involved.
What does it cost you?
We are a contingency fee based company. That
means that you only pay us if you hire one of the candidates that we send you.
Our fee is based on the candidate’s annualized base salary. This fee is due upon
offer of employment and acceptance by the candidate.
How do we compare to
other search firms?
Our current clients will tell you that our
professionalism and ability to assess our clients needs far exceed any of our
competitors. Most search firms will charge any where from 25% to 33% of the
candidates annualized base salary and will not give you the kind of personalized
service that H.P.C.V. Staffing Services can.
