H.P.C.V. Staffing Services, Inc. (formerly known as Downeast Temporary Services) founded in 2005 is locally owned and operated by Jose Garcia.

Our mission is to provide qualified, reliable personnel to H.P.C.V. clients promptly and efficiently. We attribute much of our success to following this mission statement and keeping involved in the business community, and always providing excellent customer service to all.

H.P.C.V. Staffing Services provides Temporary and Permanent help to clients covering all of South Eastern Massachusetts. The positions that we work with are: receptionist, clerical, secretarial, data entry, technical and light industrial. We provide all required insurance for our employees, such as Workers Compensation, Liability, Bonding, Errors and Omission Insurance, as well as FICA and Social Security benefits. H.P.C.V.
