can consider establishing a permanent relationship. H.P.C.V. provides employees

have the right candidate for you on file we will find them. We have the ability
to market your position in a variety of ways. We use our web site as well as
multiple other internet and print resources. We also network extensively
throughout the community to find top notch candidates who are looking for new
opportunities.
Benefits to Temp to Perm —
Companies can test an employee for a period of time. Many companies do this to
make sure the employee has the skills needed to do the job and that they are a
good fit for the company. If the employee does not work out, H.P.C.V. notifies
them and will find a replacement. If the employee is a good fit, all you need to
do is give us a call. We will take the employee off temporary status and off our
payroll.
While the employee is on a
Temporary status H.P.C.V. assumes the role of the employer. We are responsible
for paying the employee on a weekly basis. While they are on our payroll we also
assume responsibility for all federal, state and social security taxes,
unemployment, workers’ compensation and liability insurance. Once our weekly
payroll is completed the Client is invoiced based on the information provided on
the signed time card and using a previously agreed upon billing rate. We will
also provide employees with their annual W-2 information.
